Update.
So, this is a post I wasn't expecting to make, but anyone who reads these would likely already know what's happening. I'm mostly posting this here for future reference.
Convergence clicker has been soft canceled / put on hold indefinitely. There are a few reasons why I came to this decision, the main of which being the recent unity change announcement. While the game was a long way from being monetizable (if it ever became monetized to begin with), I would still like to be skilled with using an engine that doesn't pull this kind of stuff on their users. Now, that alone would have been bad, but I've decided that instead of just porting the game to a different engine, that I would make a new game entirely. I wanted to set my sights a bit higher that an idle game for now. That's not to say that I don't like or care about this game anymore. I'm just not going to continue with it for now. If/when I do pick the game back up though, it's going to be in a completely different form. So I Guess that's all I have to say, this will be the final Dev-log on this page, as when I bring the game back I'll probably refer to this as convergence clicker classics (It will be entirely different.) Any way's see you in the next project, whenever that is because I need to learn a new engine now. soon hopefully.
